easix for Flexible Manipulation Tasks and Precise Parts Processing
We integrate jointed-arm robots from leading robot manufacturers. They are ideally suited for positioning tasks with high freedom of orientation and for machining tasks with precise path travel behaviour. Regardless of whether they require particularly flexible automation or must meet special requirements, as for example with clean room applications.
The control of the easix articulated arm robots is fully integrated in the control of the injection moulding machines. This enables very simple operation. No programming knowledge is necessary. The additional movement commands for the articulated-arm robot fit seamlessly into the graphic interface of the control system, which significantly simplifies the operation of the multi-axis robot.
With an increasing complexity of components, it is important to further increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Area productivity plays an increasingly important role in this. Thanks to their slim design, easix jointed-arm robots enable particularly compact injection moulding cells. The freedom of orientation remains unrestricted.

Our articulated arm robots have a reach of up to 3,900 mm and a payload of up to 240 kg. The easix jointed-arm robots are used, for example, to produce bumpers, instrument panel carriers and waste containers. Even large injection moulding machines with clamping forces of up to 55,000 kN can be automated with an easix. Other advantages of our jointed-arm robots are high process reliability and production efficiency.
