We offer national and/or international training programmes at regular intervals in the following areas. In all our trainee programmes, you will be accompanied by mentors and HR development.

Matura graduates and those changing careers who want to enter professional life with attractive career prospects are in exactly the right place here.
The Dual Academy is an initiative of the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce that was developed in close coordination between the business community and AHS schools. This training, similar to a shortened apprenticeship, is aimed specifically at AHS graduates and career changers. At ENGEL we offer the Dual Academy for some of our apprenticeships.
Training duration: 2-2.5 years
