In 2018 I started as an International Sales Management Trainee, where I learned about the ENGEL business in Europe and Asia. After the program, I transitioned to Account Manager in ENGEL North America to sell machines and automation to customers of all sizes across multiple market segments. The job is challenging, but the thrill comes from helping my customers be competitive and succeed. Our team supports me throughout the process, so I never feel alone. If you want to use your creativity, drive, and passion, then this is the place to be.

I have been with ENGEL for 28 years. Mainly, I love the working environment and the people who are more like family. It’s a great company and an employee-oriented workplace. They believe in employee development and in-house promotions. There are many benefits like vacation time, self-insured company, and employee gatherings. ENGEL has flexibility with all employees to ensure their needs are met and, at the same time, keep the place running. In my 11 years at ENGEL, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from incredibly talented people and grow into a career where I feel challenged and valued. It’s great to work for a company that rewards hard work and promotes from within. Now I am the Sales Engineering Manager for Automation North America, and looking forward to further building our dynamic team.

After joining ENGEL in 2021, it quickly became evident that this is a company that has a glorious history, a wonderful vision for the future, and a passion to achieve greatness. My professional career began with an apprenticeship as a machinist. After that, I worked in this field for over ten years. I recently switched to technical sales support for automation at ENGEL. What I like most is the regular exchange with customers and colleagues.
