Efficient machine solution for recycled material

t-win 750/7800

WINTEC, member of the ENGEL Group, will be showcasing a t-win 750/7800 (830 US ton), which demonstrates its versatility by producing premium garage floor tiles molded from recycled ocean waste. The seamless part take-out is done by an integrated ENGEL viper 40 linear robot. Now using ENGEL's iQ weight control software to optimize injection volume during production which adjusts to fluctuation in plastic viscosity.
