The tie-bar-less clamping unit of the e-victory has a high platen parallelism and even clamping force distribution. This makes it particularly suitable for the production of small precision plastic parts on multi-cavity moulds. Rapid mould changes and simple integration of automation are further advantages of the tie-bar-less design.

Our hybrid e-victory intelligently combines the advantages of electric and hydraulic drives. The injection unit has precise and efficient servo-electric drives. The hydraulic clamping unit maintains the clamping pressure by means of lock-in without energy input. Our economical ecodrive hydraulic drive concept ensures minimal energy losses and reduces the machine's cooling requirements to a minimum.

Exactly the same part weights for every cavity, whether in the centre of the mould or at the edge. The patented design of our tie-bar-less clamping unit ensures even clamping force distribution by means of force dividers. The Flex-Link enables excellent platen parallelism. The tie-bar-less e-victory is therefore also equipped on the clamping side for the production of precision plastic parts, especially with multi-cavity moulds.

The electric injection units are characterised by precise movements and high reproducibility. They achieve significant quality improvements, especially for products with thin walls or complex geometries. They also produce precision plastic parts with low tolerances with high productivity and minimal reject rates.

There are many different plastic parts that can be produced on an injection moulding machine. In order to optimally adapt plasticising to the respective application, various barrel and screw designs are available. The barrel is mounted on the injection unit via a quick coupling. The plasticising unit is pressed moment-free against the mould, whereby the required force can be adjusted via the machine control.
